LAMB Financial Group Sales Kick-Off
Challenge:
All About Events, a Philadelphia based event management company reached out to AMP to help their client LAMB Financial Group’s Annual SKO production to the next level. An insurance giant for the non-profit sector, Lamb Financial had typically held their SKO at a client-partner venue where access to audio visual equipment was limited or non-existent. LAMB had chosen the Boys & Girls Club of Philadelphia as their 2020 venue and soon learned that bringing stage, lighting, video projection and sound, as well as furnishings and food & beverage into the facility could be both cost prohibitive and create safety issues for the children that utilized the building on a daily basis. Additionally, a rehearsal space was needed to run through a fast paced script that included the company update and an awards program with a number of speakers and video playbacks.
Solution:
All About Events made arrangements with The Marriott Society Hill to take advantage of in-house event space, stage and food & beverage. AMP brought stage drape, LED stage lighting and stage wash in to create a professional backdrop and create a little drama for the awards presentation. AMP complimented the look with 16’ wide format video projection screens and 10K HD Laser projectors, a Panasonic HD Broadcast Camera, Barco Video Switcher and Playback Pro software to ensure seamless video transitions between the camera shot, slides and video playback. AMP added a 4-Speaker QSC KLA Line Array Audio System and Shure ULXD Wireless Microphones to fully cover the audience with immersive sound and keep attendees engaged. AMP provided a technical crew that included a Producer, TD, Audio Engineer and Camera Op to ensure every lighting, camera, audio and video cue was hit right on time.
Outcome:
AMP provided a seamless experience for the leadership team at LAMB Financial Group and the attendees enjoyed a fun and exciting event. AMP’s team worked easily in concert with All About Events and paved the way for them to shine in their customers’ eyes.
