Project Manager (Live & Virtual Event Production)

Position Summary

We are: A leader in high-end virtual & live events in need of an event manager to help us deliver “wow” experiences to our clients.

Responsibilities

Production team support across all production and client-facing duties
Speaker management, content management, and pre-event check planning
Overseeing on-boarding, training, and scheduling for each conference
End-to-end project management of the live and pre-record production of each conference Building show flow
Manage, record, and distribute payments for accounts payable
Managing asset checks for directors and feedback for internal creative teams
Actively building and sustaining positive client relationships, providing continuous company support and direction by understanding the brand, business, and client markets
Adapting and adjusting approaches to remain fresh, cutting-edge, and ahead of the virtual live stream industry curve
Problem-solving with internal and external teams on event day
Mentoring, guiding, and engaging with junior team members to develop our stars of the future
